Fermented Honey Cranberries Recipe

Making these fermented honey cranberries is so gentle that it scarce even needs a recipe !

The quantity are variable based on how much you want to make . I used a quart sized jounce , and that seemed like a good amount to start out with .

Prepare the Cranberries

The first step is to give the raw cranberries a little pop music to break their skins and unloosen some juice . cranberry are problematic to penetrate , so this will give the ferment a bit of a head showtime .

I did this by poking them with a fork all over , but you could also give them a mates of pulses in a food processor .

Frozen cranberries can be used alternatively of fresh , but it is best to dissolve them before add the honey .

Add the Honey

Fill the jarful with the cranberry , ginger slices , and cinnamon stick , bequeath about an inch or so of head space .
