For more selective information on Nancy , checker outPart 1 of these serial . But , as always , Cherry has include plenty of information and lots of sensational photos , so I ’ll get right to the good hooey :
Our walkabout begin with a tender welcome on the side entering . My attention was divided by many interesting vintage garden ornaments and container and the beautiful perennial plant everywhere . We enrol the garden through a logic gate neighboring to the service department which was warmly fall by many one of a genial vintage lamps . A glance into Nancy ’s other passion . Her business enterprise is calledLuminolawhere she hand restores unique lamps and lampshades from the yesteryear . Some of her small and large gorgeousbegoniasand a coolWindcliff plant(idk the name ) are also overwinter in the same garage .

Upon come in the garden , I had check and examine all the containers , ornaments and decor so thoughtfully curated through the garden . There is a small path through the shrubbery which lead to the pack of cards and lawn , 2 altogether raw and dissimilar rooms .
As we will soon discover in the next post , there are many many rooms in Nancy ’s asylum . All will delight the dope .

Bright orange Japanese maple leaf glow above a collection of oblong Stone line up on Nancy ’s porch . I absolutely adore when beautiful industrial plant entrench on porch and patios . It turns an ordinary outside space into magic garden hideaway .
A different eyeshot of the colorful maple reveals that it ’s engraft in a pretty pot . And the fallen farewell are utterly covering the ground in color .
Even Cherry ’s adorable Frenchie , Brocc , seems to be admiring Nancy ’s incredible works ! 😄

Avian delights welcome you at each garden gate .
I ’ve said it before and I ’ll say it again , more people need to be planting conifers in containers ! This tinyJapanese holly — potentially ‘ Dwarf Pagoda ’ Nipponese Buddy Holly ( Ilex crenata‘Dwarf Pagoda ’ , Zones 5–9)—and strikingumbrella pine(Sciadopitys verticillata , Zones 5–9 ) would like incredible in a layer , but get the attention they deserve in dedicate ( and equally beautiful ) mountain .
Another show - quit conifer in a pot that matches the one pot with an umbrella pine , above . This is potentially a ‘ Elegans’Japanese cedar(Cryptomeria japonica , Zones 6–9 ) .

Nancy has so many gorgeous pots , she does n’t even need to put a plant in some to make a affirmation . Here , some blue glass orbs get an appropriate household in an ornate pot .
A larger eyeball get the sum protection of some more smart gullible moss .
Nancy is a char of many talents . As Cherry cite above , when Nancy is n’t creating beautiful plantings in her garden , she is is restoring vintage lamp and lampshades for her business . Cherry got this awe-inspiring shot of Nancy ’s studio , with a table of her astonishing work that ’s just as interesting on the colored plantings outside .

Another gravid gibe of Nancy and Cherry ’s dogs get the most awesome play escort in Nancy ’s beautiful space . This editor highly sanction of a garden suited for both human and dogtooth Edgar Guest !
One last grouping of gorgeous containers on Nancy ’s patio . While containers often get saved for the most colorful one-year or tender unfolding plants , the ability of some fantastic foliage flock together should never be undervalue .
Thanks again for sharing this inspiring garden with us , Cherry ! There is really endless interest to observe in Nancy ’s landscape , and it ’s a joy to open each new wad of photograph and see what new wonders are in store .
