The purpose of CSU ’s Flower Trial Garden is to valuate Modern perennial plant mintage and cul­tivars under the alone Rocky Mountain environmental conditions . plant are evaluated for industrial plant energy , uniformness , floriferousness and leeway to environmental and biot­ic stresses .
